Depending on the type of analysis, we try to complete your analysis within 5 working days. If there are going to be any delays we will be sure to communicate this to you. In exceptional circumstances, urgent samples will be given priority.
How do I submit a sample?
Before submitting a sample be sure to speak to your analyst. Depending on the type of tests requires it may be necessary to provide special sterile containers. Furthermore, some tests will require specialized sample collection procedures, minimum sample size and submission within a few hours of collection.
What certification do you have?
The Lab is ISO 9001:2000 compliant and we are Medicines Control Council approved. We are currently in the process of applying for ISO 17025 certification.
